Refund Policy

At Noventra Solutions, we are committed to delivering high-quality consulting, technical services, and educational programs. This Refund Policy explains when clients may be eligible for refunds.
1. Consulting Services

Non-Refundable: Fees for completed consulting sessions, advisory services, or delivered project work are non-refundable.

Cancellations: If you cancel a booked consultation with at least 48 hours’ notice, you may reschedule at no additional cost.

No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend a scheduled session without notice, the fee is forfeited.
2. Training & Educational Services

Course/Workshop Registrations:

Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 7 days before the course start date.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date are eligible for rescheduling only, not refunds.

Digital Materials: Downloadable materials, coding resources, or e-learning content are non-refundable once delivered.
3. Technical/Project-Based Services

Deposits paid for project engagements are non-refundable.

If Noventra Solutions cannot complete the project due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, a pro-rata refund will be issued for work not delivered.

Client-initiated cancellations after project commencement are not eligible for refunds.
4. Exceptions

Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion in cases of:

Duplicate payment

Billing errors

Service not delivered as agreed

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days, and funds will be returned via the original payment method.
